Sij Remedies was born out of a personal journey of pain, perseverance, and the pursuit of natural healing. For over 13 years, I struggled with chronic lower back pain that disrupted my life in ways I could never have imagined. From multiple medications, including diazepam for severe spasms, to endless referrals to osteopaths, physiotherapists, rheumatologists, and neurologists, I searched tirelessly for relief.

Over the years, I tried everything—Pilates, massages, water aerobics, and even ended up in the emergency department on multiple occasions due to debilitating back spasms. In 2017, I experienced one of my lowest moments when I collapsed in a hospital corridor after completing a physiotherapy session. Unable to stand, I remained on the floor for over three hours before being taken to the emergency department.

In 2018, I was prescribed a strong painkiller, which initially brought some relief. However, the effects waned over time, and the side effects became intolerable. Determined to find a better solution, I turned to nature. That decision changed everything.

I formulated Sij Remedies Relaxing Oil, a natural blend of powerful ingredients, and began using it. Gradually, my pain eased, the two lumps on my lower back resolved, and my work attendance improved significantly. Since then, I have not had a single emergency visit due to my back spasms.

As my health improved, my colleagues began to notice and requested samples of the oil. They, too, experienced relief and encouraged me to prepare more. That was the moment Sij Remedies began—a mission to share the healing power of natural remedies with others.
